Feralco AB to Acquire Venator Wasserchemie in Germany

Feralco AB wishes to announce that its subsidiary Feralco Deutschland GmbH has entered into a binding agreement to purchase the share capital of Venator Wasserchemie GmbH part of the Venator Group.

The transaction is expected to complete 1st June 2021.

Following the recently announced acquisition of Feracid in France this represents a further important step in the development of the Feralco Group within the European Water Treatment Chemicals market.
